PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. Written quotes are valid for
30 days, verbal quotes are not guaranteed. Freight prices are on a per shipment basis and are not included in standard pricing unless requested specifically. Freight is F.O.B Cape Girardeau,MO. All prices are subject to net additions of Federal, State, or Municipal taxes or charges.

PHONE ORDERS: Phone orders must be confirmed in writing either by mail or by fax. Custom orders may require full size patterns.

CANCELLATIONS: Written notification of any cancellations or changes should be reported to acting sales representative immediately. If an order is cancelled or changed, the customer accepts liability for all charges incurred in production up to that time. Payment of cancellation charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Charges will not exceed the purchase price of the cancelled portion of the contract.

WARRANTY: McGill Marketing Group warrants that products sold to any customer shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and shall conform to specifications. Any defective ballast under warranty must be returned to McGill Marketing Group for exchange, or exchange can be made with your distributor. This warranty does not include damages resulting from acts of God, accidents, misuse, or negligence. Except for this warranty, McGill Marketing Group offers no other warranty of our products to our customers.

CLAIMS: All signs are shipped in packaging that meets or exceeds industry standards for common carrier shipment. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the party receiving the shipment to inspect all material for damages, shortages, or loss and to notify of any and all claims to McGill Marketing Group within 24 hours of receiving material and before installation. Save all items and packaging received; without these items, we cannot assist you in filing claims.

RETURNED MATERIAL AUTHORIZATIONS: Claims for defective products must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of shipment and before installation. Prior written ap-proval from McGill Marketing Group is required before any material is returned for credit. Upon approval, the customer has 30 days to return the said merchandise. Handling and restocking fees will be charged to the customer’s account.
